The presence of antioxidants called catechins, which helps in fighting gum inflammation caused by oral bacteria and cavities. 3. Leafy greens
leafy greens are loaded with vitamins and minerals. In fact, the presence of vitamin C, helps in increasing the production of RBC in the body, thereby reducing the inflammation. Consuming leafy greens helps in reducing and preventing various teeth and gum ailments.

Fruits containing vitamin C, oranges, kiwis, pineapple and lime helps to make your gums strong.
5. Milk, yogurt, and cheese
